1. Eligibility: Prizes, discounts and giveaways are open only to those who register and who are registered before the start of the drawings. The Giveaway is only open to residents of  ILLINOIS and is void where prohibited by law. Employees and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the vendor or sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Giveaway is only for Quinceañera events. Only one registrant per family per event. If more than one person registers for the same event, all registrants for that event will be disqualified.

Acuerdo con las Reglas: Al participar, usted acepta estar totalmente sujeto incondicionalmente a estas Reglas y declara y garantiza que cumple con los requisitos de elegibilidad establecidos en este documento. 3. Prizes: The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor or Vendor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor or Vendor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

3. Premios: Los detalles del premio serán determinados únicamente por el Patrocinador o Proveedor. No se permite la sustitución de premios en efectivo ni de otro tipo, excepto a discreción del Patrocinador. El premio es intransferible. Todos y cada uno de los gastos relacionados con el premio, incluidos, entre otros, todos los impuestos federales, estatales y/o locales, serán responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. No se permite la sustitución del premio ni la transferencia/asignación del premio a otros ni la solicitud del equivalente en efectivo por parte de los ganadores. La aceptación del premio constituye un permiso para que el Patrocinador o Proveedor utilice el nombre, la imagen y la participación del ganador con fines publicitarios y comerciales sin compensación adicional, a menos que lo prohíba la ley.

4. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor or Vendor. Winners will be notified via phone call or email to the email address and phone number they entered the Giveaway with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Sponsors, Vendors and/or Pierre’s Banquets shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S or VENDOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Los patrocinadores, proveedores y/o Pierre’s Banquets no tendrán ninguna responsabilidad por la falta de recepción de avisos por parte de un ganador debido al spam, correo electrónico no deseado u otras configuraciones de seguridad de los ganadores o por el suministro por parte de los ganadores de información de contacto incorrecta o que no funciona. Si no se puede contactar al ganador seleccionado, no es elegible, no reclama el premio dentro de las 48 horas posteriores al envío de la notificación del premio, o no devuelve a tiempo una declaración y exenciones completas y ejecutadas según sea necesario,Es posible que se pierda el premio y se seleccione un ganador alternativo. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless PIERRE’S BANQUETS and its subsidiaries, vendors, sponsors, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
